WHY STAGE ENGAGE
At the Oxford Street Christmas Lights Switch-On, staging, audio, lighting and broadcast had to operate together in a public square. At Outernet, the challenge was coordinating scenic builds, branded environments and interactive zones across a busy venue.
We plan the equipment, crew and build order around the actual venue and production schedule. Screen positions, lighting, scenic construction, power, access and timings are considered as part of the same production plan before the equipment reaches site.

Which parts of London do you cover?

Can you manage venue access and London load-in restrictions?
Yes. We work with clients and venue teams to plan access routes, loading arrangements, working hours, equipment movements, installation schedules and the sequence of the build.
Do you provide complete event production or only AV hire?
Both options are available. We can provide complete event production or supply individual services such as conference AV, sound, lighting, LED video, staging, technical crew or scenic fabrication.
Can you provide scenic fabrication for London events?
Yes. Bespoke scenic elements can be designed and built through our in-house fabrication capability before being transported to the London venue for installation. This can include stage surrounds, props, branded sets, signs, structures and immersive environments.
Can you work alongside our agency or existing suppliers?
Yes. Stage Engage can manage the complete production or work as part of a wider delivery team alongside agencies, venues, designers, production managers and specialist suppliers.
Do you support events outside London?
