Stage Engage delivered the technical production and bespoke scenic fabrication for Progress with Purpose, an immersive day exploring AI-led innovation and its real-world impact. The event combined a main conference stage, dedicated pitch room and nine interactive demonstration pods across three spaces at Andaz London Liverpool Street.

Solution
A unified technical and scenic design built around the event’s content.
We created nine branded demonstration pods with integrated 65-inch displays, timber detailing, counters and dedicated carpeted areas. The main stage featured two large-format Absen LED walls, a bespoke slatted scenic treatment, branded lectern, d&b audio and a complete presentation control system. A separate pitch room was equipped with an 86-inch display, wireless microphones, lectern audio and distributed sound, while more than 50 wireless uplighters connected the event spaces through a consistent colour palette.

A cohesive environment for ideas, demonstrations and conversation.
The completed production gave HCLTech and Lloyds Banking Group the flexibility to move between keynote content, focused presentations and hands-on demonstrations throughout the day. Consistent scenic finishes, branding and lighting connected all three spaces while the technical infrastructure supported each part of the programme independently.
