LOCAL KNOWLEDGE. COMPLETE CAPABILITY.
Our Exeter base is the operational centre of Stage Engage. Project planning, equipment preparation, scenic fabrication, technical testing and logistics can all be coordinated through one experienced team before a project reaches the venue.
This joined-up approach allows us to consider the complete event rather than treating sound, lighting, video, staging and scenic elements as separate decisions. Systems can be prepared and tested in advance, custom pieces can be pre-built in our workshop and equipment can be organised around the venue, schedule and running order.
Whether an event is taking place in Exeter, elsewhere in Devon or further across the South West, clients have access to the same production capability we use for major events across the UK and Europe.

EXETER HEAD OFFICE
Our Exeter facility combines equipment storage and preparation with an in-house scenic fabrication workshop.
Before equipment leaves for site, systems can be assembled, configured and tested by the team delivering the event. Scenic pieces can be designed and pre-built alongside the technical elements they need to accommodate, helping screens, lighting, staging, branding and physical structures work together properly.
In-house CNC routing and scenic construction allow us to create branded stage surrounds, set pieces, props, signage and custom environments without separating the fabrication process from the wider event production.
This preparation reduces uncertainty on site and gives the installation team a clearer, more coordinated plan before the venue build begins.

For events taking place further afield, the same Exeter facility supports projects throughout the UK and Europe through equipment preparation, fabrication, logistics and technical planning.

From the first site visit through to the final get-out, decisions remain connected to the brief, venue, audience and event schedule.
EXETER FAQ
What event production services do you provide in Exeter?
Stage Engage can provide complete event production, including planning, technical design, sound, lighting, LED video, presentation systems, staging, scenic fabrication, crew and live show operation. Individual services can also be supplied when complete production is not required.
Do you cover events outside Exeter?
Yes. From our Exeter head office, we support events throughout Devon, the South West, the UK and Europe. The production approach is planned around the location, venue access, schedule and technical requirements of each project.
Can you supply only one part of the production?
Yes. Stage Engage can deliver the complete event or provide individual elements such as sound, lighting, LED video, staging, AV equipment or scenic fabrication alongside an existing production team.
Do you provide scenic fabrication in Exeter?
Yes. Our Exeter facility includes an in-house fabrication workshop with scenic construction and CNC routing capability. We create branded sets, stage surrounds, props, signs, structures and custom event environments.
Can equipment and scenic elements be prepared before the venue build?
Yes. Technical systems and scenic elements can be assembled, configured and tested at our Exeter facility before being transported to the venue. This helps identify issues earlier and creates a more coordinated installation plan.
How early should we involve Stage Engage?
Early involvement gives the production team more time to review the venue, develop the technical approach, coordinate custom fabrication and identify any access, power, scheduling or logistical requirements before the event.
