Bright enough for the room

Projected images can quickly lose impact in brightly lit spaces. LED generates its own light, helping content remain vivid in exhibition halls, conference venues, marquees and other environments where ambient lighting cannot be completely controlled.

Brightness and colour settings are adjusted to suit the surroundings. This prevents the wall from feeling overpowering in darker rooms while retaining the punch needed for daylight or show lighting.

Content from every source

A single screen may need to display slides, films, sponsor graphics, countdowns, live cameras and remote contributors during the same event. Switching between these sources needs to feel immediate and deliberate.

We can provide video processing, playback, presentation management and live camera integration alongside the LED wall. Content can fill the entire canvas or be arranged into multiple areas, allowing several sources to appear at once.

Built safely and neatly

Depending on the venue and design, a video wall can be ground-supported, flown from an approved structure or incorporated into a custom stage set. The most suitable method depends on the wall dimensions, available rigging points, floor space and sightlines.

Our technicians construct, align and test every panel before the audience enters. Supporting structures, processors and cabling are kept as unobtrusive as possible, leaving a clean display that feels fully integrated into the event.

Supported throughout the show

An LED wall often carries some of the event’s most important content, so its operation cannot be left to chance. Systems are tested before use, with the signal path and playback workflow planned around the running order.

Our video technicians can remain on site to manage content, monitor the display and respond throughout the show. Where appropriate, backup equipment and alternative signal routes can be included for additional resilience.
