Stage Engage transformed Sandy Park’s Exeter Suite into an aviation-inspired conference environment for the Connect Airways Conference. Full technical production combined runway-themed staging, bespoke printed walkways, multiple video surfaces, animated content and room-wide audio and lighting for approximately 220 delegates.

A fully integrated runway-themed technical and scenic production.
We built an 8m by 3m main stage with a 2m-wide, 5m-long catwalk and semi-circular thrust stage, finished with a bespoke runway design. A 4m LED video wall was supported by four additional skyline displays, presenter comfort monitors and a fully managed presentation system. Two 20m printed runway walkways led guests through the room, edged by 80m of LED lighting. Animated departure-board content, wireless uplighting, d&b audio and an onsite technical team brought the entire concept together.
Results
An immersive brand experience from entrance to stage.
The completed environment gave approximately 220 delegates a consistent aviation-themed journey through the venue. Bespoke runway flooring, LED-edged walkways and coordinated screen content transformed the wide suite into one connected space, while the integrated audio and video system supported presentations and panel sessions throughout the day.
