Stage Engage delivered the complete technical production for the launch of Bott’s new Vehicle Conversion Centre in Exeter. A working industrial space was transformed with a large-format LED wall, branded staging, professional audio and a lighting design built around Bott’s distinctive green identity.

A fully integrated and heavily branded production
We installed a 4 × 3 metre Absen LED wall above a custom black stage finished with green LED edging. Four freestanding truss towers framed the presentation area, combining moving lights and pixel tubes to carry Bott’s green branding throughout the space. A d&b audio system, Sennheiser wireless microphones and dedicated show control supported presentations throughout the launch. Bespoke three-dimensional Bott lettering provided an additional branded feature within the depot.
Results
A confident opening for Bott’s new Exeter facility
The completed production turned the depot into a cohesive launch venue while keeping Bott’s vehicles, equipment and identity at the centre of the experience. Guests were given a clear focal point for presentations, supported by consistent audio coverage, high-impact visuals and lighting that connected the entire space.
