Product launch production that makes the reveal worth waiting for.
A product launch has one chance to make its first impression. We bring together staging, video, lighting, audio, scenic design, filming and technical delivery so every presentation, demonstration and reveal feels considered from the moment guests arrive.

01 — Overview
The reveal may last a few seconds, but the production around it shapes how the product is understood.
We plan the complete technical environment around the product, audience and message. That can include a presentation stage, large-format video, lighting, sound, demonstrations, scenic branding, camera coverage, livestreaming and spaces for guests, media and stakeholders.
Every launch is different. Tractable required a polished technology event built around presentations, screen content and live speakers at The Londoner. Bott needed its working Exeter Vehicle Conversion Centre transformed into a branded launch venue. Kensa used a purpose-built filming environment to introduce the Shoebox NX heat pump through a virtual launch.
Our role is to make each element work as one production, keeping attention on the product rather than the technology supporting it.
LIVE, FILMED OR VIRTUAL
Some products need a live audience and a physical reveal. Others need to reach customers, partners or media in several locations at once.
We can produce launches for the room, the camera or both. Professional filming, presentation playback, lighting, audio and branded environments can turn the launch into a live broadcast, webinar, recorded presentation or a collection of content for later use. For Kensa’s Shoebox NX launch, the product, presenter, branded backdrop, lighting and camera system were designed as one filming environment. This allowed the launch message and physical product to be presented clearly to an online audience rather than treating filming as an addition at the end.

04 — Why Stage Engage
A launch can involve presenters, demonstrations, screen content, lighting changes, camera positions, media activity and a room full of people waiting for one important moment.
A dedicated Stage Engage project manager coordinates the production from the initial brief through to show day. Our technical teams work together on staging, video, audio, lighting, scenic elements, playback, filming and on-site operation, with rehearsals used to test the sequence before an audience sees it.
Keeping these departments connected makes it easier to respond when a presentation changes, a demonstration needs more time or the venue creates an unexpected restriction. It also means the product, stage and content are considered together rather than being handled as separate pieces of equipment.
The result is a launch that feels controlled in the room and looks considered on camera, with one accountable production team behind it.

05 — FAQ
What does product launch event production include?
Product launch production can include event design, project management, staging, LED video or projection, presentation playback, audio, lighting, scenic fabrication, branding, filming, livestreaming and on-site technical support.
The exact package depends on the product, venue, audience and format. We build the production around what guests need to see, hear and understand rather than starting with a fixed equipment list.
How early should we involve a production company?
For a larger launch, involving the production team three to six months ahead gives more time for venue planning, scenic design, technical development, content preparation and rehearsals.
Shorter lead times can still be possible. Tractable Vision Summit was delivered with a five-week timeframe, but early involvement creates more options and reduces pressure as the launch approaches.
Can you create a product reveal or demonstration area?
Yes. We can design the staging, lighting, screen content, scenic treatment and technical sequence around a physical reveal or live demonstration.
We also consider practical details such as product access, weight, power, sightlines, camera positions, presenter movement and how the reveal area will be used before and after the main launch moment.
Can a product launch be filmed or livestreamed?
Yes. A launch can be professionally filmed, broadcast live or recorded for later use.
We can provide cameras, lighting, microphones, vision mixing, presentation capture, playback, streaming and recording. The room and filming system are planned together so the event works for both the live audience and viewers watching elsewhere.
Can you deliver a launch in a working or unusual venue?
Yes. Product launches do not have to take place in hotels or conventional event venues.
We have transformed working industrial environments such as Bott’s Exeter Vehicle Conversion Centre and delivered launches in corporate spaces, studios and large event venues. Site visits and technical planning help us manage access, power, loading, noise, safety and the venue’s normal operations.
How much does product launch production cost?
The cost depends on the venue, audience size, production format, staging, screen requirements, scenic build, filming package, crew and installation schedule.
Share the launch date, location, expected audience and what needs to happen during the event, and we can develop a clear, itemised production proposal around the brief.
