Stage Engage delivered the complete technical production and event content for CommCon 2023, supporting parallel conference programmes across two rooms. The production combined large-format LED video, professional audio, lighting, staging, presentation systems and simultaneous multi-camera livestreams.

Integrated production from content creation to livestream delivery
We created the on-screen event content and installed a 6m × 3m Absen PL2.5 LED wall in the Pendle Suite and a 4.5m × 2.5m wall in the Towneley Suite. These were supported by digital lecterns, staging, d&b audio systems and presentation lighting. Each room used two Panasonic PTZ cameras and a Sony FS5 camera, with dedicated switching, presentation and livestream systems. LiveU bonded encoders provided resilient stream delivery, while two custom corner LED totems extended the CommCon branding into the foyer.
Results
A consistent conference experience on site and online
CommCon 2023 was delivered across three live days, with both rooms supported by dedicated audio, video, livestream and camera teams. The integrated production and bespoke event content allowed presentations to run concurrently while maintaining consistent branding, clear communication and reliable online delivery.
