Solution
A complete room built from scenic graphics, large-format LED and light
Four printed scenic walls totalling approximately 95 m² wrapped the space in large-scale food imagery. A 7.5 m × 3 m Absen 2.5 mm LED wall delivered the main presentation and video content, supported by media-server playback, ATEM vision control, confidence monitoring and a dedicated camera. A U-shaped arrangement of 10 high tables and 30 stools gave every guest a clear view and a practical surface for the tasting experience. Silver treadplate flooring and custom scenic finishes unified the room. The lighting design used 32 LED battens, 16 LED pars, four pixel washes and four Fresnels. Programmed colour changes extended the visual content across the room, while d&b audio and Sennheiser and DPA wireless microphones provided clear coverage. Stage Engage also supplied show communications, power, furniture, international transport and the on-site production crew.
Results
A tasting experience guests could see, hear and feel
The finished installation transformed a blank convention space into a distinctive Tate & Lyle environment that supported education, tasting and group discussion. Large-format content, printed scenic imagery and programmed lighting surrounded the audience, while the U-shaped seating arrangement kept every guest connected to the presentation. Across two live event days, Tate & Lyle could host groups of up to 30 guests in consistent, presenter-led sessions managed through one coordinated production system.
