Stage Engage created a 12m × 3m main stage featuring a large 6m × 4m Absen LED video wall and approximately 10m of illuminated stage steps. The stage design was supported by custom LED profile panels, a digital lectern and bespoke fabrication, creating a strong central focal point for the awards presentations. A comprehensive lighting system combined moving lights, LED profiles, battens, strobes, uplighting and atmospheric effects to create a flexible look throughout the evening. The audio system was designed for approximately 400 guests and included d&b loudspeakers, subwoofers, wireless microphones, lectern microphones and digital control. A five-camera video setup captured the ceremony from multiple angles, including roaming coverage, while professional vision mixing, screen management and bonded livestream systems delivered the show to the online audience. The guest arrival experience included a red carpet, step and repeat wall, window vinyl branding, scenic panels and decorative lighting throughout the foyer. Sustainability was considered throughout the fabrication process. Wherever possible, materials from previous builds were repurposed and adapted, reducing waste without compromising the final appearance.
