Stage Engage delivered the complete technical and scenic production for the ProShare Awards 2025, covering the ballroom, foyer and afterparty at InterContinental London Park Lane.

Solution
An integrated production built around the entire room
Two 3.5m × 2.5m Absen LED walls formed the main visual anchors, supported by four 65-inch relay screens around the ballroom. A d&b sound system provided even coverage, while wireless microphones and DPA headsets supported the presenters. Printed scenic flats, starcloth, pixel tubes, moving lights and wireless uplighting brought the ProShare identity into the room. The foyer featured two 75-inch table-plan displays and a 12ft × 8ft step-and-repeat, with a separate d&b audio and lighting package for the DJ afterparty.
Results
A unified guest experience from arrival to afterparty
The completed production carried the ProShare Awards identity throughout the venue while maintaining clear views of the presentations across 36 guest tables. The integrated technical setup supported the welcome, dinner, speeches, awards presentations and afterparty as one coordinated event.
