Following the Bajaj Life Welcome Dinner a few days earlier, Stage Engage delivered technical production and bespoke scenic elements for the Gala Dinner at The Londoner Hotel. A sweeping LED stage design, our unique FrameLED system and multiple custom photo opportunities brought “The Royal Affair” theme to life across the ballroom and surrounding event spaces.

Solution
Combine curved LED, FrameLED accents and bespoke scenic fabrication to create a connected visual identity throughout the event.
At the heart of the ballroom was a central LED video wall measuring 12 metres wide by 4 metres high, with curved edges that gave the stage a sweeping profile. Four outer LED totems, positioned two per side, each measured 1.5 metres wide by 3.5 metres high. Our unique FrameLED system added illuminated vertical accents between the screens, complementing the video content and wider lighting design. Staging and illuminated steps completed the presentation area, supported by a d&b sound system, wireless microphones and dedicated video playback and control. We also created multiple photo opportunities, including a branded step-and-repeat and a layered silhouette backdrop with blue-carpeted risers. Custom cutouts, oversized dice, a themed bar backdrop and a ballroom Wall of Fame extended the scenic treatment beyond the stage. Dedicated photo lighting and wireless uplights completed these spaces.
Results
A coordinated gala setting with a dramatic stage centrepiece and themed photo moments beyond the ballroom.
The completed production brought together large-format LED visuals, FrameLED lighting accents and physical scenic elements under one consistent theme. The main stage provided a focal point for the evening, while the bespoke photo opportunities gave guests additional settings to capture and share their experience.
